JOR Ferro

Alkyd based protection from rust and corrosion.

Used as based for steel, interior and exterior surfaces.

– High resistance for rust and corrosion.
– High weather resistance.  
– High adhesion and fast dry.
– High resistance for water, oil and detergents.
– Lead Free and nontoxic.

Color – Finish: (Red brown- grey) – matt.
Density: 1.65± 0.03 gm/cm3.
Solid Content: 75%±3%.
Spreading rate: 5 – 7 m2/kg at 35µ.
Surface dry: 1 hour.
Complete dry: 3 hours.
Dilution: white spirits.
Application tools: Brush– roller– spray gun.

– Surface must be clean, free from wax, oil and grease.
– Apply one coat of (JOR SEALER).
– Apply two coat s of (JOR PUTTY MAX).
– Apply one or two coats of (JOR NOVA PLAST).

– Surface must be cleaned from oil, wax and grease.
– A finish coat of (JOR FERO).

For 12 month in a cool and dry place away from direct sun light.

JOR SANTON

JOR SANTON is a synthetic flat matt based on high quality alkyd which Give very high adhesion power to surfaces.

For painting concrete, cement, steel and wooden surfaces.

– High covering power and excellent white.
– Strong layer has a high resistance to weathering and scratch.
– Suitable for using as undercoat.

Color – Finish: White – Matt.
Density: 1.67 ± 0.03  gm /cm3
Solid content: 76 % ± 3%.
Spreading rate: 6 – 8 m2/kg at 50µ.
Surface dry: 30 min.
Complete dry: 3 hours.
Dilution: white spirits.
Application tools: Brush – roller– spray gun.

–  Surface must be free from oil, wax and grease.
–  Steel surfaces must be primed by (JOR FERO).
– Wooden surfaces must be primed by (JOR SANTON)
– Concrete surfaces must be primed by (JOR sealer) and one or two Coats of putty according to need.
– A finish coat with (JOR SANTON).
or as a under coat for  (SUPER JOR LAK) or (SUPER JORTAL).

For 24 month in suitable Conditions.

Super JOR Tal

Economic synthetic paint based on high quality alkyd.

For interior and exterior finishes.

– High opacity and economic spreading rate.
– High weather resistance and scratch.  
– High resistance to yellowing.
– High gloss and flow.

–  Surface must be cleaned from wax, oil and grease.
–  Applying one two layer of oil putty.
– Applying one coat of (JOR SANTON).
– Finish coat by (SUPER JOR TAL).

The product should be stored in it’s the original can at 25ºc for 2 years in a cool and dry place away from direct sun light.

SUPER JOR LAC

High gloss synthetic enamel based on modified alkyd, which has Non-yellowing properties.

Wooden, cement, steel, concrete surfaces for interiors and exterior finish.

– High gloss and good weather resistance.
– Non- yellowing resistance and durable.
– Excellent white and good color retention.
– High opacity and high resistance to scratch and cracks.
– Fast air drying.

Color – Finish: white and color – high gloss.
Density: 1.1± 0.03 gm/cm3.
Solid Content: 62 %±3%.
Spreading rate: 10 – 12 m2/ltr at 35µ.
Surface dry: 2 hours.
Complete dry: 12hours.
Dilution: thinner- turpentine.
Application tools: Brush– roller– spray gun.

-Surface preparation: – surface must be cleaned from wax, oil and grease.
– For wooden surfaces must be primed by two coats of (JOR SANTON).
– For metal surfaces must be primed by one coat of (JOR FERO).
– For concrete surface must be primed by two layer of (JOR PUTTY MAX) or oil putty and two layer of (JOR SANTON).                    
– A finish coat by (JOR LAK).

The product should be stored in it’s the original can at 25ºc

JOR Varnish

JOR Varnish is air drying varnish based on high quality modified alkyd for interior and exterior use.

For wooden furniture’s and wooden parquet floors.

– Fast air drying.
– High gloss and transparency.
– High yellowing resistance.
– Excellent adhesion.
– Economic spreading rate.

Color – Finish: transparent – high gloss.
Density: 0.9 ± 0.03 gm/cm3.
Viscosity: 1000 – 950 cp
Solid Content: 58 %±3%.
Spreading rate: 10 – 12 m2/kg.
Surface dry: 2 – 3 hours.
Complete dry: 12 hours.
Recoating time: after two days.
Dilution: white spirits – turpentine 2 – 4%.
Application tools: Brush – spray gun.

Surface must be cleaned from oil, wax and grease.

The product should be stored in it’s the original can at 25ºc for 12 month in a cool and dry place away from direct sun light.
