JOR Sealo Plast

Acrylic sealer based on high quality styrene acrylic and poly- vinylacetate polymers with high alkali resistance.

Used to prepare surfaces before and after putty to fill the internal and external pores and help to increase the spreading rate, also used for cement, asbestos and gypsum surfaces.

– High wash- ability and fast dry.
– High resistance to alkali, moisture and vapors.
– High ability to penetrate cement and gypsum surfaces for forming plastic adhesive layer.
– Prevention of cracks.
– Not affect the gloss of next coats.

Color – Finish: (transparent– white) – Matt.
Density: 0.99±0.02 gm./cm3.
Viscosity: 12000±2000 cp.
Spreading rate: 10 – 12m² /kg.
Surface dry: 1 hour.
Complete dry: 2 – 3 hours.
Dilution: clean water 40% maximum.
Application tools: brush – roller– spry gun.                               

– By removing oil, wax and grease.
– Dilute with clean water till the optimum viscosity.

18 months in its original can in dry and cold place away from direct sun light.

JOR PUTTY MAX

is a ready latex wall putty for internal use, based on high quality adhesive polymers, fillers and special additives which give it high adhesion and binding power with good flexibility and high ability to fill wall cracks to give final smooth surface.

is used to prepare all internal walls and ceilings to fill pores and cracks to give smooth surface.

– High ability to fill pores, cracks and to hide wall defects.

– Easy to apply
– High spreading rates.

Color – Finish : White – Matt.
Density : 1.73 ± 0.03 g/cm3.
Solid content : 72 % ± 2%.
Spreading rate : 1 -2 m2/kg (according to thickness and surface type).
Surface dry : 30 min.
Complete dry : 3 – 4 hours.
Dilution : ready to use (clean water if needed).
Application tools : Putty knife.

–  Surface must be clean free from oil, waxes and grease.
– Cement surfaces should be primed by (JOR SEALOPLAST). 
– Use putty knife to apply JOR PUTTY MAX
– Wait for complete dryness between every two coats of JOR PUTTY MAX.
– Use sand paper to get smooth surface.

The product should be stored in it’s the original can at 25° c for 12 month in a cool and dry place away from direct sun light.
