Varnishes

JOR POLISH is water base emulsion based on styrene acrylic polymers to give high glossy layer, with high wash- ability and scratch resistance.

Used as final coat over all water based paints to give hard, glossy layer with high wash-ability and excellent color protection and scratch resistance.

– High wash- ability-fast dry.
– Good adhesion and scratch resistance.
-Gives high glossy layer which resist water, alkali and soaps.
– High weather resistance.
– Gives dirt free finish coat.

Color – Finish: Transparent– gloss.
Density: 0.99±0.02 gm/cm³.
Viscosity: 12000±2000 cp.
Spreading rate: 8 -12 m²/ ltr.(according to surface nature and thickness) .
Surface dry: 30min.
Complete dry: (1.5 – 2) hours.
Dilution: clean water.
Application tools: Brush – Roller – spray gun.

– the surface must be clean free from dust, oils and greases.
– dilute with clean water till the optimum viscosity.

18 months in its original can in dry and cold place away from direct sun light.

2.5 liters – 9.0 liters in plastic gallons.
